The Tulare City Teachers Association exists to advocate for and protect the well-being of its members; work collaboratively to improve the conditions of teaching and learning; ensure that the human dignity and civil rights of all students and educators are protected; and promote a just, equitable, and democratic society.
WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Tulare City Teachers Association (TCTA) web page. We represent the teachers, counselors, psychologists, speech therapists, and nurses who work for the Tulare City School District. TCTA has approximately 450 members, and is an affiliate of the California Teachers Association (CTA and National Education Association (NEA)
